Where does video analysis happen?
In the candidate’s own browser. Gaze, head pose, face count and liveness are checked there, and only sustained conditions become flags.
What does Hewar flag?
Only sustained conditions, each tied to a timestamped moment you can replay. Flags are designed to surface evidence, not to accuse.
How do candidates get in?
Through a single-use link, in their language, under your branding. Once a candidate accepts it, the link is marked used. Expired and revoked links are refused.
What language are reports in?
English or Arabic. Arabic reports use right-to-left layouts.
How can a panel see why a score was given?
Each competency includes its rationale and transcript citations. Scores are judged from the transcript and delivery from the recording, so a mis-heard word can’t cost a score.

Who approves what?
You approve three things: the rubric, the question set and the final release. Every other step runs automatically, and revisions loop until they pass or escalate to you.
How are questions checked before real people see them?
A critic scores every question for validity, clarity and bias. Synthetic personas then pilot the set, and anomaly checks flag biased or ambiguous items for revision.
Does it learn from other clients’ data?
Scoring lessons are shared across assessments on the platform only after a privacy gate and a replay test show they improve scoring. Repetition never promotes a lesson.
What do participants get?
A timed exam with a live countdown, drafts that survive a refresh, and an automatically scored report with a score for each rubric trait.
